
Through the generosity of two private family foundations, including the Gravina and Chace families, Herren Project, Chris Herren’s nonprofit organization founded in 2011 with the goal of helping others navigate the road to recovery from the disease of addiction, has awarded 59 schools and 9 communities in 24 states across the US grants for The First Day film and supporting materials.
